Unable to add SIP participant to SMC

This post describes the solution about unable to add SIP participants to the SMC.

Issue 

When we try to add SIP Participant to SMC it failed.

Solution steps

1. Check the SMC and TE30 version and confirm that these versions are compatible. (SMC V600R006C10 and TE30  V600R006C10SPC400)

2. Confirm that user authentication between  SMC and TE30 are the same one used at SMC webpage and TE30 webpage.

3. Check SIP registration at SC is allowed as below picture then issue solved.
