Unable to activate Head Count on X3221-C

Issue description

A customer stated that they were unable to activate the head count function on a X3221-C 2MP IR Fixed Dome Camera. When trying to enable the head counting algorithm, they receive a 'Disable the function first' message. 

Handling process

I have checked the procedure on how to activate the Head Count function on the X3221-C and found that the following functions need to be disabled as a prerequisite for this function:

• face detection;

• parking detection;

• license plate detection;

• automatic tracking functions.
