We checked storage logs , we found that Kerberos authentication failed because the time difference between the storage and domain controller exceeds 5 minutes , the authentication failed caused can’t access the NAS driver . need sync the time with same NTP server . After customer sync the time between the storage and domain controller ，issue has been solved.
