Hello, guys!
Have a nice day to you!
This post talks about the issue of being unable to access the IVS client with error message 10100019. Please find more on how to tackle this issue below.
Issue description
A customer reported that when he tried to log in to the IVS client, they got this issue:

Handling process
We confirmed with the customer whether they could ping the VCN server. The customer said that they could.
We asked the customer to run this command to check the storage using SSH on the VCN server: df–h.

From the above screenshot, there is no over stored data, which means the storage is OK.
We asked the customer to run this command to check the SMU status: ps -ef | grep smu.

From the above status, the SMU is running fine.
We asked the customer for this command: cli pdinfolist.

From the above results , it seeme issue on the hardisk , so we asked the customer to check the status of the hard disks on the VCN server itself and he said it has yellow alarms , which means faulty hard disk.
We asked the customer to try the below steps. If those steps do not work, then they will have to replace the faulty board.
When the system disk of the VCN is faulty or the executable program file is lost, replace the system disk. Then the VCN minimum system automatically starts. You can log in to the minimum system to restore the VCN services.
Background
NOTICE:
Before using the minimum system to restore VCN services, ensure that at least one disk is installed and slot 0 has a disk installed on a VCN; ensure that at least three disks are installed and slot 0 has a disk installed on a VCN500–R.
Before using the minimum system to restore VCN services, log in to the VCN as the admin user and switch to the root user, and access /share to check whether vcn500.zip and install.sh exist. If no, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
When using the minimum to restore VCN services, ensure that the VCN is always powered on.
After the minimum system starts, log in to the OMU portal as the Admin user by using the default password Change_Me. (You cannot change the password.) After a successful login, the OMU portal displays only the Local Configuration > Basic Configuration tab.
After using the minimum system to restore the VCN services, the database password restores to the default value Change_Me.
Procedure
Log in to the OMU portal of an NE.
Click the Detail tab.
Select the disk in slot 0 and click Recovery in the Operation column.
The system starts to restore services. This process takes about 30 minutes.
NOTE:
After the VCN services are restored, the VCN restores to its factory settings. Use the data safe to restore the data.
Finally, after running the above steps, the problem has been solved and they can access the IVS client.
