UMPT upgrade with USB

Hi friend,
During the USB upgrade, the version path, configuration file path, and license path are obtained by parsing the DeployCfg.xml deployment file. After the new version is successfully installed, the configuration file will be downloaded and pre-loaded through the configuration file path. The configuration data takes effect when the base station is reset.
your problem is more complex, because I cannot analyse the log file of the upgrade, So I suggest you to contact GTAC to analyse it.
Of course, I will provide a few methods of troubleshooting, which are as follows:
1.Check whether the upgrade file contains CFGDATA.XML and DeployCfg.xml.
2. Does the DeployCfg.xml have set the path of the configuration file?

you can login WEBLMT through maintance IP of UMPT, and run MML command to upgrade version

Yes the BBU version upgrade BTS3900_5900 V100R015C10SPC170, i know how to do iT with LMT but is iT also possible with USB?

yes, you can upgrade UMTP with USB.

Create a file in the USB flash drive, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the UMTP, and then power off and then restart the UMPT. After the UMPT is restarted, the file is automatically loaded for deployment.
If there are any error that deployment is failed, it need to analyse log file by R&D, so you can contact local TAC or GTAC.

Thanx for anwer! Unfortunalety nothing happens when I restart the BBU with a USB stick in the UMPT.
