Recording Procedure:
Step1:
The server initiates the recording. If the recording is based on phone numbers, the recording starts from the ve****eginning when the call is initiated.
Initiate a UMG user trace task on the server.

Parameters shown in the preceding figure are specified as follows:
Set Trace type to By Subscriber.
Enter the phone number to be recorded in Subscriber number.
Specify Local DN Set based on the actual situation.

Press Ctrl+Shift+F12 in the navigation tree, and then the password window is displayed. Enter the initial password lmtadmin in the password window
Input the phone number to be recorded, and select the UMG user trace option as shown in the following figure.

Click UMG user trace in the navigation tree. Then, input the phone number to be recorded, and select the UMG user trace option as shown in the following figure.

Please open FTP Server at PC, then the record file will auto dowload to PC.
Start the FTP SERVER as following selection:
Start the full flow trace:
Start the recording switch, Information collection switch, start the FTP server(then the recording files will be automatically saved to PC)
Step2:
Set recording points as following:
SET RECPARA: NPRP=DSP2IP-1&IP2DSP-1&IP2DSPOUTJB-0, TCRP=TXFM-0&RXFM-0&TXPCM-0&RXPCM-0&DXPCM-1&LOAD-0, IPOFRP=BP2IPSIT-1&IP2BPSIT-1, TCSIDE=AB, RT=180, MODE=LOOP;
Step3:
Reproduce the issue;
Step4:
Please help to feedback MSX/SX/CSX trace, UMG full flow trace and recording file (download the files which lies in the directory of C:\RECFILE)
And feedback the files of directory C:\INFO_COLLECT;
FOR CS10.2 and later version:
If the FTP SERVER cannot be used, the recording files is still located in UMG BAM,
Please download the files in the directory of C:\RECFILE, and C:\INFO_COLLECT using following method:
Step A:
Firstly execute following command to check if the file or logs are located in the directory?
DIR: DT="C:\RECFILE";
DIR: DT=" C:\INFO_COLLECT";
Step B:
Please create the C:/BAM directory in the PC server, which is used for store the download logs and file from UMG; please create the directory RECFILE、INFO_COLLECT under the C:/BAM;
At the same time, please start the FTP Server.exe, click “ADD” to Create one new account, Home: c:/bam, user name: bam, Password: bam, click “SAVE”, and select following options, then start the FTP server, check if the ball becomes green, it shows the FTP SERVER started successfully;
Step C:
Execute following command to download the logs:
ULD FILE: SRCF="C:\RECFILE ", DSTF=".\RECFILE ",IP="serverIp", USR="bam", PWD="***";
ULD FILE: SRCF="C:\INFO_COLLECT", DSTF=".\INFO_COLLECT", IP="serverIp", USR="bam", PWD="***";
Note: the value of parameter “SRCF”
must be an absolute path: such as: d:\bam\data\olg; the value of
parameter “DSTF” must be relative
path, such as “.\alm”.
Step D:
Please feedback the download logs and file;)
Step5: clear the recording point :
SET RECPARA: NPRP=DSP2IP-0&IP2DSP-0&IP2DSPOUTJB-0, TCRP=TXFM-0&RXFM-0&TXPCM-0&RXPCM-0&DXPCM-0&LOAD-0, IPOFRP=BP2IPSIT-0&IP2BPSIT-0, ATMRP=ATM2BPCID-0&BP2ATMSIT-0, TDMREC=DISABLE;
