UL Power settings alignment necessary if changed from 20 to 5/3/1.4 Mhz bandwidth?

Dear all, our enodeBs are configured default 20Mhz. Now we changed carrier to 3 Mhz or 1.4Mhz so we adjusted MOD PDSCHCFG to adjust reference signal for our 20W RRU (RRU3268).

Is it necessary to change also power related setting or power CONTROL relatedsettings for Uplink?
