UK Three EMUI 10 - P30 Pro

I don't know if I'm just being incredibly impatient but from what I can see pretty much everyone else has the EMUI 10 update already but regardless of what I do i just can't seem to get it to prompt me to update.

https://www.applock.ooo/ Tried updating Hicare to V10. Tried the Hisuite. Tried vpn to ot https://www.7zip.vip/ her areas. Tried regular system update.

Is it based on something I have no control over or am I just unlucky on the roll out schedule?
