UE does not respond to the intercepted target under the coverage of a BTS

Problem Description:

    After the group is set up successfully, the UE does not respond to the intercepted target under the coverage of a base station. As a result, the speaker is not displayed or the speaker cannot hear the voice of the speaker. The P2P call and video services between users under the base station are normal.

Problem Description:

    1. Run the LST S1PAGING command to check the paging data of the S1 interface. Ensure that the TAI of the eNodeB that accesses the core network is duplicate.

   2. Reconfigure the TAI of the eNodeB to ensure that the TAI is not repeated. After the modification, the UE initiates services again, and services are normal. If the license of the BTS expires or the function item PTT is not enabled (you can run the DSP ELICENSE command on the BTS), the cluster function of the BTS is unavailable. As a result, the interception users under the BTS do not respond. The failure cause value is "misc: unspecified (4)".

Solution Description:

    Reconfigure the TAI of the eNodeB to ensure that the TAI is not repeated.
