【problem description】
Udc cannot log in to web
【possible Cause】
1. Incorrect Browser Settings
2. Transmission Failure
3. Web Service Exception
4. Database Is Not Started
5. The security update related to the Internet Explorer on the Windows operating system may cause exceptions on the WebUI.
6. The eUDCliense is not activated.
【Check Method】
1. a) Check the Internet Explorer. Choose Internet Options ->" Connect "->" LAN (LAN) Settings. Select Use a proxy server for the LAN.
b) If Internet Explorer is not selected, choose Internet Options > -> Advanced > Security > Use TLS 1.2.
2. Perform the ping operation.
3. Check whether the web process exists.
ps -ef| grep ubp_websvc
4. Use PuTTY to log in to the server, log in as user ubp, switch to user root, and run the following commands: service mysql status
5. On the Internet Explorer, press Alt+x and choose About > Internet Explorer to view the updated version. KB3124275 or KB3160005
6. On the System Home page, choose Operation and Maintenance. On the displayed Configuration page, click the Operation and Maintenance tab. On the Operation and Maintenance tab page, choose Software Management > License Management. The License Management page is displayed, check whether the eUDC license is available.
【Recovery Method】
1. A) Do not use the proxy server or set the IP address of the server as an exception.
b) Select Use TLS 1.2.

Use PuTTY to log in to the server and run the following command as user ubp:
/opt/ubp_websvc/webrestart.sh
4. Use PuTTY to log in to the server and run the following command as user root: service mysql start
5. Uninstall the security update. Choose Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Functions > View Installed Updates. Select Security Update, click Uninstall, uninstall the security update as prompted, and click Restart OS immediately after the uninstallation is complete.
6. Uploading and Activating license:
Click Upload and select the obtained license file.
Click Open. The system automatically loads the selected license file.
Click Activate. The Activate dialog box is displayed. Set NE Type to eUDC.
