This is a solution to meeting server core-dump.
Issue Description
The customer reported an issue when an operator had an active conference but unfortunately, it disconnected with all of the online participants. After checking the meeting server customer found a core-dump file.
Handling Process
The customer reported an issue when an operator had an active conference but unfortunately, it disconnected with all of the online participants. After checking the meeting server customer found a core-dump file. We have requested from the customer the exact time of the reported issue and also the MeetingAS logs that contain the reported time to further analyze
Root Cause
Please see below our analysis of the logs sent after investigating this matter along with our upper level of support.
During the active admission process of the account (sip: 067****4814), after the IVR stage, when the account is ready to access the conference there is a RE-INVITE message sent to meeting AS that causes this process anomaly and as such the Ptcpt component could not process it normally and is the root cause of this issue.
After the IVR stage is finished as it can be seen below highlighted in green, the account is ready to access the conference again.

And as you can see below there is a RE-INVITE message sent at the same time and this causes the meeting server core-dump.

Solution
Taking the above information into consideration we have recommended the customer to upgrade the firmware version from the current SPC207 to SPC209 which can solve the problem.
