Hi,


I'm not able to download the configuration data from OptixPTN910. Anyone a suggestion for this? I am running Windows 10 64bit.

@NL78 hi, I searched the manual document, it's said that since U2000 web LCT doesn't hold the own database, all the operations take effect directly on NEs, therefore, U2000 web LCT does not allow users to upload or download NE data.

refer to product document , the PTN device not management by web LCT, should be using the LCT client.

Is there any error prompted?
Some advise:
1. Put WebLCT page in compatible view of Internet Explorer.
2. The path of WebLCT should have no non-English characters or space.
3. try start the configuration management tool manually, see if any error comes up. the path is \weblct\dc\server\bin\mdpServer_start.bat
