Today, I’d like to share a case.
Problem Description
After the client installation for the U2000 V100R002C04, the main topology doesnt show the icon of the equipments and doesnt show the menu NE explorer. Other clients were installed in the customer and works normally. check the attachement image.
Problem Analysis
The U2000 is succesful installed but the client runs abnormally. the NE explorer is not accesible, and the icons are not okay.
Root Cause
Solution Description
Check the requirements of the U2000 client installation and everything is normal.
Check the security of the internet explorer and see that its according to the requirements of the installation.
Check if the Operation system is according to the requirements (space hard disk, ram memory,etc)
It seem that the T2000R07 create some inconsistency to the U2000.
The solution is to uninstall the T2000R7 and uninstall U2000 client. Erase all the folders related to the T2000 and shorcuts in desktop.
Then re-install the U2000 client again and check if is running normally.
