U2000 V2R14 Cant show MA5600 DSLAM V3 panel and cant sync configuration from uplink port

We use U2000 to manage MA5600 DSLAM 

when use ETH managment port on SCUB board we can got configuration and equipment panel on u2000 and all is ok,

but when using UP link port on E4GFA or O2GS sub boards on SCUB and using inband managment 

cant sync configuaration and fail to show equipment panel.

if any expert face this problem before please let me to know how to solve it.

Dear h89151!

I think the reasons may be as follows: 

The ETH port on the SCUB board is a Layer 3 port, whereas the E4GFA port and O2GS port are Layer 2 ports, 

You want to use the E4GFA or O2GS to enable the U2000 to manage the MA5600, 

You need to configure the management IP address on the VLAN  interfaces of the two types of ports instead of on the physical port.

Hi, Dear Ligiang Thanks for your replay,
We use VLAN and we got ping from all ports and using SNMP V2 and V3 and we can communicate
with with equipment but after creating NE on u2000 cant sync configuration.
we think many board need especial configuration or need some new version of board firmware or bias of board
or upgrading. this should be happened for somebody before i think and we need to use their experiences.
