Hi everyone!

I have one issue with msuite cilent cannot log in where before I can login as normal.

Error: failed to login to server

Hello friend! I think you can double check with IP address again:
For example: check the server IP address and port listening information

ifconfig -a

netstat -ano | grep 12212

This topic describes how to start the process of the MSuite server.

Context

Generally, the process of the MSuite server is not started with the OS startup. If the process is not started, perform the following operations to start it.

Procedure

  • Run the following command as user ossuser to verify that the MSuite server is running:

    $ ps -ef | grep java
    The MSuite server is running if /opt/oss/OSSJRE/jre_sol/bin/java -server or /opt/oss/OSSJRE/jre_linux/bin/java -server is displayed. Run the following commands to start the MSuite server if it is not running:
    $ cd /opt/oss/engr/engineering$ ./startserver.sh
