Hello guys, After login to broswer (OSMU) there is no verify code from system, why? please help in this case?

Dear User,

Solution:
After checking with different browser and found that the issue persist.
To resolve this issue had to login to the OSMU server using PUTTY, stop and start the services again (rcosmu restart), wait until all service starts. can check the services if they are all running by executing this command (rcosmu status), if all OSMU service are running login to the browser again, the verification code will then show.
