Hello, everyone.

After finishing the installation of the U2000LCTV200R018C60SPC500, when i open the client and enter the user name & password and i get an error message saying that the client failed to connect to the server and giving bellow possible causes:

1. The security mode of the client and server are inconsistent. Please check for the server mode in the login dialog box and contact the administrator for the mode used by the server. If the server modes are inconsistent then change the server mode in the login dialog box as per the server mode.
2. The network connection to the server is abnormal. Please run ping server IP address to check whether the connection is established successfully or please check that the network port and cables are functioning properly.
3. The server port is unreachable. Please check for the configured server port in the login dialog box with the administrator, If the ports are not matching with the server then change the server port to the port on which the services are running.
4. The SSL certificate has expired. Please check if the SSL certificate of the client has expired.

anyone has faced this probleme before ?

Hello friend!
1. Check whether the installation environment meets the requirements. For details, see the following link:

2. Check whether the installation procedure is correct. For details, see the following link:

3. Check whether the database software is running properly.

If the above check does not have any problems, you may need to reinstall the computer operating system, of course, you can also create trouble tickets, apply for the GTAC to remote real-time processing for you.

Good luck!

Check whether your client and server are on the same computer. If they are not on the same computer, resolve the network connection first. If they are on the same computer, check whether all processes are running.

I confirm both client and server are on the same computer, when I try to launch the monitor client to check the process I get the same error message "the client failed to connect to server"

This is how the issue was resolved:

After i run the U2000 LCT script on cmd, i identified that python program is blocking the installation. After deleting the python program, i installed again the U2000 LCT. I received same error, the data folder couldn’t be accessed, so the installation failed.

Then i and uncompressed the package again, because the APP deleted all the file under that path: d:\U2000LCT\data\TransLCT\ after uninstallation.

After this step, U2000 LCT managed to be installed successfully.
