Hello all my U2000 can login OSMU browswer but noT show message code alert for verification? why? even I try to change web broswers

Hello friend

To resolve this issue had to login to the OSMU server using PUTTY, stop and start the services again (rcosmu restart), wait until all service starts. can check the services if they are all running by executing this command (rcosmu status), if all OSMU service are running login to the browser again, the verification code will then show.
