In this post, I would like to share with you that U2000 is unable to backup the database from OSN 550 side.
Problem Description
The client failed to use the U2000 to back up the OSN550. The system failed to connect to the NE. Check the network status.
Handling Process
This is because the NE is not configured with a DC login user. If the device is backed up before the DC user logs in to the device, the connection fails.
Therefore, we want to create a dedicated DC user, the steps are as follows:
1. Create a specific NE account user for DC.
From DC NE login page switch to the new account.
2. Manual backup again is OK.
