U2000 HA veritas licnese issue

Hi there!

This time, I will share with you about the U2000 HA veritas license issue

1.HA veritas license is required. 

2.  temp license or commercial license must existing. 

3.  if the system works with veritas temp license, u2000 will always report alarm "temp license " for remind, but that didn't affect u2000 function. 

4. without a license, the HA VCS engine is not able to start. HA system abnormal 

5. /opt/VRTSvlic/bin # vxlicrep   ==> to show license file
