U2000 fails to synchronize OLT data

Hi team.


U2000 fails to synchronize access NE data.

An error message is displayed indicating that the U2000 is waiting for the file to be obtained.

What am I supposed to do?

Hi friend.


In the process of synchronizing NE data from the U2000, the U2000 issues the SNMP set operation twice.

For the first time, the U2000 instructs NEs to collect synchronization data. For the second time, the U2000 provides FTP information for NEs to upload.


If the second synchronization is not complete, the NE reports an error when the U2000 delivers the first synchronization. The timeout period of the second step on the NE is 30 minutes.


Solution:

Wait for 30 minutes and synchronize NE data again.
