U2000 failed to obtain NE error

Hi All,


I use U2000 V2000R018C60SPC50. When I add new NE, I take an error message.  It says 'failed to obtain the NE system information' .   I've looked for this error in community and I tried Administiration->NE communication parameter->... step by step. However, Problem didn't solved. what is the reason of this error ?What can I do ?

Please confirm whether the device can be pinged on the NMS and whether the NMS has the corresponding license file.

Hi user!

Configured Choose Administration > NE Communicate Parameter > NE Access Protocol Parameters on the U2000 client to correctly configure the SNMP parameters for communication between the U2000 and devices.
