during cusotmer put packets traffic  for osn1800V  report error : 41861 , beyond license authorization range .

OSN1800v version :V1R8C00SPC500

nms version :  V2R17C60SCP201

customer want to create new packets trafic (e-line ) create virtual port   report error : 41861 , beyond license authorization range

analysis :

1. ne exploere==> configuration ==> cross-connection capacity management ==> ne  license authorization  managment

found there is no "SDH+PACKET+OTN" option

2. check 1800V sub-rack attribute , there is "NONE", the optional "none/sdh/sdh+packets/sdh+pacekets+otn "

3. change sub-rack attribute to "sdh+pacekets+otn " still report error " beyond license authorization range "

4. check with u2000 team found license item missing

the correct license item should be :

LNSDEVLCT06 /LNSDEVLCT07/LNSDEVLCT08

can apply License on esdp.
ESDP licenses refer to the licenses produced by Huawei's new license platform. ESDP licensing differs from old licensing schemes.
• Old licensing schemes pose little limitation on NEs. That is, licenses are not bound to specific devices. Such licenses control a type of device.
• ESDP licenses are specific to devices or hardware. Such licenses can only be used by specific devices or hardware.

Capability license controls the monitoring instance creation based on the license availed.

A fixed number of monitoring instances can be created for a capability license, depending on the capability license purchased.

To increase the number of monitoring instances, the user should upgrade the capability license. After creating the purchased number of monitoring instances, the user can delete an existing monitoring instance and create a new monitoring instance.
