This is because the communication between your client computer and the U2000 service is abnormal. Generally, there are two situations:

1. Please check whether the DCN route between the client and server is normal. If not, rectify the fault.

If the connection between client and server passes through VPN, you need to enable the required ports through the VPN.

2. The firewall of the client computer is enabled. As a result, port 31030 and port 31032 are disabled. Please disable the firewall.
