U2000 Check database commands, such as isql, bcp, osql, and sqlplus ( Failed )

Hello Dears,
Today, i continue installing the U2000 but i have the next problem with the Microsoft SQL commands, when the U2000 is sintalling taht message appears
working in the command window (cmd) and input the commands
-isql
-osql
the executables are in the respective folders
and
The U2000 cant continue install with this error
