U2000 ASON Trail Rerouting History Missing Highlighted

Issue

A customer said that when he clicks Query Rerouting History for ASON, the old data does not appear.

Findings

Based on our remote session, we notice that only the data in past 3 days is available there. Other data is missing.

Root Cause

The history for ASON rerouting is stored in the server at location/opt/oss/server/var/logs/Develop/Nml_ason_otn/route_history. There are 2 files there, one is.csv and another is tar.gz.

U2000 only reads the.csv file but it has a 210MB file size limit. All older data is stored in the tar.gz file.

Solution

Is there a way how we can increase the file size limit for the .csv file so that customer is able to view the rerouting history of much longer.

Please share your ideas.
