Hello,

From the log analysis, 'unknown' means 'Normal Power Shutdown' or 'normal power disconnection' only. Nothing related to the hardware Module.

I advise you to check the stability of the power supply in the server room and the power connection on the device. Monitor the logs daily for 2 weeks and also clear the logs daily.
