i have u1911 unified gateway, Let us assume that i have 2 landlines, line 1 is 8775511 and Line 2 is 8775512, how can i differentiate the incoming call, to which number
hello mam , note that if your trunk is PRA [E1 connection ] that's mean you will configure the 8775512 as a long no on the sip user setting. so once anyone call 8775512' it will ring directly on the sip user , and the same for other sip users . and if you are using AT0 trunk you can configure the SOA service to get the trunk port status on the IP phone PLF button

you can config the landline number to sip phone as long number. like 8775511 config on 5511 phone, 8775512 config on 5512 phone, so which phone ring, then you know the call come from which landline.
If you want to know where the number comes from and where to go, you can capture call log via LMT tool and test. The call log will show all the details.
