Intra-office Analog Phones Cannot Make Outgoing Calls Through the AT0 Trunk

Handling Process
1. Check whether the call between intra-office analog phones is normal.
Normal. Check whether the OSU and ASI are normal.
2. Check whether the call between the analog phone and IP phone is normal.
Check whether the analog phone port on the analog phone, OSU, or ASI board is abnormal.
3. Connect the analog phone to the PSTN and check whether the connection is normal.
Check whether the PSTN is normal.
4. After the preceding tests are performed, the fault is located on the link between the PSTN and U1900.
normal:
PSTN (FXS) ----- (FX0 port) U1900--- Default Called Party
Analog phone ---FXO----- (FXS port) U1900--- analog user
test:
---(FX0 port) U1900-----Default called number

Check whether each port connected to the carrier's network is normal by comparing the wire sequence table.
Root Cause
Outgoing Calls Are Abnormal When the Physical Port on the OSU for Connecting to the Carrier Is Damaged
Solution
Change the physical connection port and configure the correct port number.

1. AT0 demarcates the fault point and then locates the fault.
2. Check the device grounding and environment.
