Description of the problem:
Caller ID of the called number is abnormal when in-office or outbound call
Problem processing analysis:
1. The intra-office call number is abnormal. Check whether the length and long number of the number are long numbers, and whether the number of the intra-office prefix has been changed.
2. The outgoing call number is abnormal. Check whether the number is configured with a long number. If the outgoing prefix is enabled the long number display or number mapping. Whether the number sent to the peer end meets the requirements of the peer;
Case 1:
A site internal user dial-up number is displayed as a trombone
Analysis: The possible cause is that the number configuration is incorrect and the prefix configuration is abnormal.
Processing steps:
1. Execute “show subscriber”to view the long and short number configuration information. If the number configuration is the same, run the “config modify subscriber”command to modify it.
2. Execute the "show prefix" to check whether the prefix has a calling number change.

From the inspection situation, it can be seen that the number configuration is the same as the long number configured by the short number.
Case 2:
The B site is connected to the PSTN, and the outgoing call numbers are all the same number.
Analysis: It is possible to make a unified number change in the outgoing prefix, and the PSTN has requirements for the format of the calling number to be delivered.

1. Use show prefix to check whether the outgoing prefix is a unified number change, and whether the long or short attribute is enabled, that is, whether uselongcli is yes;
2. Confirm with the operator the format to be delivered to the peer number. Some operators need to send the number to the area code + number.
