Hello, everyone. Today, I'd like to share with you a question about physical inventory.
Problem Description
When we query the physical inventory statistics NE list on U2000, two more OSN7500 devices are added to the NEs.
The version of U2000 is V2R16C60SPC200.
Handling Procedure
1. The two NEs are OSN7500 and their IDs are 11-1306 and 11-1307.
2. In the main topology, it is found that the IDs belong to two OSN8800 devices and there is no OSN7500 device.

3. The OSN8800 also exists in the physical inventory.
4. It is confirmed that the two OSN8800s are newly connected to the network. Detele the two OSN8800s and the two OSN7500s also disappear as the two OSN8800s are deleted, then re-add the OSN8800.
5. The problem is caused by the data inconsistency between the NE manager database and the inventory database.
Solution
In Administration => Task Schedule => Task Management window, create a transport physical inventory synchronization task. After the task is executed immediately, the inventory database can be refreshed.

Summary
The transport inventory data is obtained from the Eml_WebPubSvr process. The update operations are driven by external reliability events, such as adding boards and NEs, writing data into the NE management process database, and sending the common process Eml_PubSvr to the Eml_WebPubSvr process to update the inventory database.
