The session state is inactive. Have you Configured the TWAMP Light Responder?

yes. it is inactive since I stopped the test from running. if I start the test again it is active.

I don't think the device will intentionally send "malformed" packets. If you can reproduce this scenario, I suggest you contact tac to remotely confirm this ‘bug’.
