The extension can be used only in China,In other regions it is restricted on Google Play.If you not in China,please use high-speed download in IE.This section applies to HedEx Lite V200R006C00SPC003 or later. Upgrade your local HedEx Lite if it is a previous version.
Since Google Chrome 67 version, non-Google official extensions have been disabled. So only Google Chrome 66 or earlier version is supported by use HedEx Lite download.If you use the high version more than 66 now,please install 66 or earlier version and disable the automatic upgrade of the browser(you can check the version as following),or you can use IE or Firefox 42 or earlier version.

Fault Description
The Google Chrome extension has been installed for HedEx Lite, but an error shown in Figure 3-1 is displayed when High-Speed Download(HedEx Lite Required) on Support or Support Enterprise is used to download a document.

P***edure
1. In the address bar of the Google Chrome, enter chrome://extensions and press Enter to display the Extensions page, make sure the version of extension is 2.6.1,as shown in Figure 3-2.

2. If the extension is disabled, as shown in Figure 3-2, select the Enable check box to enable the extension, as shown in Figure 3-3.

3. Restart Google Chrome, and open the Support or Support Enterprise website. Check whether High-Speed Download(HedEx Lite Required) can be used properly. If it can be used, the problem is resolved. If it cannot be used, open HedEx Lite Cloud Download, click Download Settings, and then click One-Click Repair in the displayed dialog box, as shown in Figure 3-4. After the repair completes, click OK.

4. After the repair completes, restart Google Chrome, and then open the Support or Support Enterprise website to check whether High-Speed Download(HedEx Lite Required) can be used to download documents. If it can be used, the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, send the problem to supportmaster@huawei.com .
