1. The fiber link that the tunnel traverses is faulty.
Please check whether an alarm is generated on the fiber link that the tunnel traverses. If yes, clear the alarm.
2. Please check the ARP table of related NEs and check whether the IP addresses and MAC addresses of related ports on the NEs are normal. If yes, rectify the fault. For example, the IP address is incorrect, the NE does not learn the corresponding ARP, or the optical fiber is faulty.
3. The service configuration is incorrect.
Please check whether the bandwidth is too small or the packet size is limited. If yes, please set a larger value.
