Hello.

AR1220E V200R010C10SPC700

According to documentation

The tunnel route-via command specifies the routing outbound interface for a GRE tunnel or mGRE tunnel.

but this command not available if tunnel-protocol gre p2mp, only if tunnel-protocol gre.

Is it possible to use this function in mGRE mode?

Hi,

I have checked the product documentation, in V200R009 and later versions, you can run the tunnel route-via command to specify the routing outbound interface for a mGRE tunnel.
The destination IP address of a GRE tunnel interface is manually configured, whereas the destination IP address of an mGRE tunnel is resolved by the next hop resolution protocol (NHRP). An mGRE tunnel interface has multiple remote ends because there are multiple GRE tunnels on the interface.

And the DSVPN function requires a license, So I guess you can't use this command because of license restrictions.

You are advised to contact TAC for confirmation.

Hello,

The document supports configuring the interface in mGRE mode. Did you report an error when you entered the tunnel route-via GigabitEthernet 0/0/1 mandatory command?
