1. Answer the following questions and provide feedback for the Huawei HiKnow app.


2. You will receive 5 Hi-coins after answering the first three questions, or you can receive 10 Hi-coins after answering all questions.

Before starting, ensure that you have installed the HiKnow app on your phone.

  • I think the XX function should be added. The current function cannot meet my work requirements.

  • I think the Post function needs to be optimized. I can hardly add Image as attached to the post, but the Image not appear in the post, it's only displayed as attached and the user should press on it in order to see it so I think the upload Attached function should be improved . as The current function cannot meet my work requirements.

4. When using the HiKnow app....
One of the main issues that I've had using the app is that it doesn't allow to add images along the text when creating or replying a post. You can only add images as an attachment. I thik this would have to be permitted so that posting with the app would be a more complete experience.

Another issue with the app would be that, either in posts or replies, sometimes words get cut jumping to the next line. The next screenshot is an example.

I think this would need to be repaired in a future update of the app.

- I think there should be a chat function similar to the web version, it is very convenient, to avoid the need to use the browser.

- The sign in page should directly shows the Hi-coins balance so do not have to search in the mall or in user details.

- Under "Me" button should be the option "My points", similar to the web, to be able to check the Hi-coins operation.

- The "News" section under "Bolletins" does not show updated information.

- Also "Recommendation" under "Message" does not show updated information. It is very old

from my daily work is use the most [Scan] that helps me to take the barcode for boards, equipment or stuff.
when I am in the warehouse i use the scan tool to verfiy the boards to which equimepnt and the subracks.
last time i used to give the BomCode to Huawei local support for maintenance request and that was easy ans simple
.

i will give my suggestion for the App,

1-i use the login daily but from my opinion the Hi-coins should be given once i log-in to the app, No need to go to Me then log-in.
2- the App doesn't support forum Messages !!
3-the App doesn't update forum last posts and activites 
4-Notification is not supported !!
