Hello everyone,
Today I will share with you how to collect logs to deal with BFD Flapping.
1. If dynamic BFD Flap, create a new static BFD session to torubleshooting.
2. With the command "diaplay cpu-defend statistic packet-type bfd all" check if there is a packets dropped:
![]()
![]()
3. Check if the CPU is high (90%), the BFD may flap. CPU needed to be decreased
4. Withc the command "display arp track" When the ARP change, unicast and dynamic BFD will change to down with version V2R5 and the folowwing version
![]()
![]()
5. The final step: capture packets with port-mirror.
That is all I want to share with you! Thank you!
