Troubleshooting the Grid Code Mismatch alarm

Possible Causes:

The grid code set on NetEco or FusionHome app is inconsistent with the local grid code.


Solution:

Check that the DC side of the SUN2000L is energized, and set the grid code to the local grid code.

The installer can set the grid code on NetEco, and the user can set it on the FusionHome app.


Installer: Set the grid code on NetEco to the local grid code.

Step 1 On the main menu, click Monitor.

Step 2 In the navigation tree on the left, select the target device.

Step 3 In the operation area, select the Settings tab.

The device information is displayed on the tab.

Step 4 Select the Grid Parameters tab.

Step 5 On the Grid code tab, set the grid code.
