【Troubleshooting】NEC alarm time is unsynchronized with U2000 alarm time

This time, I will share with you a case about NEC alarm time is unsynchronized with U2000 alarm time

Problem Description

The customer has migrated the U2000 to NCE, and after that, the alarm time of U2000 is later a timezone than NCE time.

Handling Process 

1. check the NMS timezone configuration of NCE and U2000, and find the timezone are the same;

2. check the NE time localization configuration, find that NCE is --, and U2000 is Disabled;

   
   

   

Solution

Synchronize the configuration of U2000 NE time localization by query.
