(2): Any one of the consoles, telnet, ssh, and Bootrom can log in to the device, and you can reset the password of other login methods.

②When you see the PROG light flashing (flickering frequency is about 1 second, the time window is about 15 seconds), press the RST button again and do not let go;
③Wait for about 30 seconds, when you see the STAT and PROG lights start to flash at the same time (the time window is 5 seconds), release the RST button immediately. //otherwise just reboot the device

① Short press the RST button to trigger the NE to restart

2. Clear the Console password under bootrom //Applicable version (V800R010C00 or V300R003 and later)
(1) Unplug the standby main control board, single main control operation
(2) After the console is connected, restart the device. Press Ctrl+B to enter Main Menu... 3 After the prompt message appears, press <Ctrl+B> within 3 seconds.
(3) Enter the boot main menu password (inquire in step 1) to enter the boot main menu
(4) Select "10. Clear password for console user"//The actual serial number depends on the options, and different versions may be different. If there is no such column, please skip this method directly, indicating that the current version is the old version, not supported.
(5) Select "11. reboot"
(6) Please configure the login password (8-16): //The password is required to be configured, and you can log in normally by entering the same password twice.

3. Format the flash under bootrom and re-upload the system (version V800R010 and later)
(0) Install the software on a PC as a TFTP or FTP server to provide version uploading for the NE. You can refer to: The device acts as an FTP client for file transfer--MobaXterm Step 1 FTP setup is enough.
(1) After the console is connected, restart the device. Press Ctrl+B to enter Main Menu... 3 After the prompt message appears, press <Ctrl+B> within 3 seconds.
(2) Enter the boot main menu password (inquire in step 1) to enter the boot main menu
(3) Select the "3. Enter ethernet submenu" network menu
(4) Select "4. Modify ethernet interface boot parameters" to set the address, password, and download file of the current server. In this case, the FTP server needs to be directly connected to the device through the management network port.

7. If the bootrom, console, telnet, ssh, and kernel passwords are all forgotten, the old version CTRL+R cannot be reset. If the device is under warranty, you can contact 400 to return it to the factory; The card reader modifies the password part of the configuration on the computer.
