1. The inverters in a project are disconnected on the background monitoring screen. After logging in to the SmartLogger, the three inverters in the SmartLogger are grayed out. The number is 17#22#27#. In this project, 48 inverters are connected to each SmartLogger. Only 45 inverters are displayed in the STA list.
2. Check the running status of the three inverters locally. The communication indicators on the inverters are normal, the grid connection is normal, and no alarm is reported. Therefore, the three inverters may be disconnected due to a network crosstalk.
3. Check the SmartLogger of the adjacent array. It is found that one SmartLogger has 51 inverters (48 inverters are connected to each array). Three more inverters are numbered 17#22#27#.
4. Configure the PLC networking for the extra SmartLogger and submit the SN again. After the SmartLogger is connected properly, submit the PLC SN again for networking. The three disconnected inverters recover.
