This section describes how to troubleshoot artifacts or image freezing faults generated during live video viewing.
- Log
in to the camera web page on the computer where the C/S client is installed and
check the live video viewing service.
- If artifacts or image freezing occurs,
check whether the network is normal.
- If no, contact the network supplier.
- If yes, the camera is faulty. Then, contact the camera vendor.
- If live video can be properly viewed, the camera is normal and the network between the camera and the C/S client is normal. Then, go to the next step.
- If artifacts or image freezing occurs,
check whether the network is normal.
- Refer to Collecting Module Logs to collect DCG module logs and provide downloaded logs to Huawei technical support engineers.
