1. Onsite situation:
The following figure shows the alarm of abnormal cable connection (1921-0) on some PID modules.
2. Handling method:
Based on the repair suggestions on the app and your experience, it is determined that the onsite functional grounding cable is faulty.
3. Onsite check:
Onsite check shows that the ground cable on the transformer side is correctly connected to the ground busbar. The ground cable on the communication box side is not properly connected, as shown in the following figure.

4. Handling Process:
The internal cable of the communication box is connected to FE01, and the ground cable between the box-type transformer and the communication box is connected to FE02. The FE01 and FE02 terminal blocks are not connected. As a result, the alarm is generated, connect the ground cable from FE02 to FE01 and restart the PID module. The PID module recovers.
