Problem Description
In NCE V100R019C00SPC601, some alarm names are displayed as alarm IDs.
Problem Analysis
On the NCE O&M plane, the names of alarms and events such as "NE Software Management - Automatic Backup operation failed" and "Trap numbers of NEs exceeded the threshold of NMS" are incorrectly displayed as alarm IDs 7938 and 5403 respectively. This problem involves NCE (Transport Domain), NCE (Access Domain), NCE (IP Domain), and NCE (Cross Domain). Collect the NCE logs and analyze, confirm it's version defect, need upgrade the current version.
Root Cause
iMAPCommonRtsp incorrectly determines the alarms and events listed in the attachment. As a result, the extended fields of the alarms and events fail to be initialized.
Solution Description
This problem is resolved in the following versions or later:
