Trouble with Import radio ntw planning data

Hello

I'm trying to import Radio Network Planning Data to CME (LTE Application), but I always got the next error:

"Failed to import the Radio Network Planning object. com.swimap.omcs.util.ftptool.filetransfers.TransferException: Create folder failed."

Hope you can help me
