Trouble with HG533e Router

Hi there.


Please my HG532e modem has been freezing. I did upgrade the firmware to V100R001C01B020 but that did not solve the problem. Please what can I do to solve this problem?

Hello User. If you got your modem from your ISP you have to ask them for a replacement. Maybe it is a hardware problem.
