Transceiver TX/RX power range for 100GBASE transceiver

Hi, The optical power range for 100GBASE transcievers described in guides is as below:

Transmit power (dBm)  -4.3 to+4.5

Receive power (dBm)   -8.6 to 4.5

Are these ranges for each lane or for total power?

And what is the correct power range limits for that kind of transceivers (lane and total power)?

It’s limit just for one lane.

The power range here refers to a single lane. Check whether the optical module power is normal. You only need to check whether the power of each channel is within the threshold.

You can find the detailed value through command display interface transceiver, as the output below shows:
