Problem description :
Customer has a TP3206 installed in their office. The TP3206 is registered to the Embedded SC of the SMC
The SMC has a Neighbor relationship with a Stand Alone SC
In the Same Office there is an RP200-42s which is also registered to the SMC’s Embedded SC
The TP3206 cannot Call a TE20 in Huawei office in Shenzhen but the RP200 can call the Endpoint.
The TP3206 and the RP200 are in the same Network and are both Registered
Handling Process :
1- We asked customer to make sure that the TP device is registered on the SC or not as per below step

2- We asked customer to collect the signaling logs fro the SMC , SC and TP3206
3- We found that :
The TE80 also should can call peer side, but there is some network issue with customer, when TE80 send invite to peer side, we collected the packets on peer side, the TE80 IP address has been changed to another public IP address , peer side received invite message and reply 100 trying to this strange public IP address, but This IP did not transfer this to TE80
As per below wire shark captured , we concluded that the TP is sending to peer side , the peer side receive different IP address and the TP did not receive the 100 trying packets

Conclsuion :
The customer has to check what is this strange IP and why the IP has been changed to it
