During device commissioning, configuration, and maintenance, services may be interrupted due to misoperations. For example, fiber connections are incorrect or port modes are inconsistent. Especially for someone who is careless at work, it needs to be noticed.

I think there are a lot of misopearion causes:
- Wrong parameter setting
- Wrong communication
- AC & DC System
- Wrong planned work
- Other

Hello,
- One of the most important misoperation , that I have encountered was with command line.
A mistake with port number caused me an interrupt in the service for some time.
- Reviewing command line throughly is very important
- I think swapping traffic in late hours when traffic is in the lowest is a very good provision.

- Other is wrong fiber connection because of bad labeling .
- Also inserting boards in NE slot that doesnt support this type of board cause a very dangerous problem with motherboard pins.

Yes, when I use Navigator, I can't remember many commands, so I'm prone to errors.

Based on my work experience, the top three cause codes assigned to misoperations are:

1) incorrect setting/logic/design errors;

2) relay failures/malfunctions;

3) communication failures.

Yes, I've had cases where service was not available due to design errors.

Hi
1= Mostly when not following the work procedures , for example when hardware work disconnecting working fiber instead of protection while maintenace .
2=using bad component like bad quality fiber or fixed attenuator could make error then intterupt
