The U2000 is a traditional NMS that provides FCAPS functions (Fault, Configuration, Account, Performance, and Security) and supports NE configuration and end-to-end service configuration. NCE integrates the functions of the network management system, SDN controller, and network analysis system. It not only provides traditional FCAPS functions, but also implements advanced intelligent network functions, such as network visualization, service automation, and intelligent O&M.
NCE is a product of U2000 evolution. However, some users have bad comments about NCE from the perspective of user experience.
